Yeah I’m pretty busy so I’m all about the big compound lifts too. I used to squat and deadlift on the same day but not any more, now I alternate like on that template I shared.Literally my workout on alternating days after warm up
Monday:
Squat
Deadlifts
30 minute treadmill
Tuesday:
SOHP
Bench
60 minute treadmill
Wednesday:
Squat
Deadlifts
Farmer walks
30 minute treadmill
Thursday:
Same as Tuesday
Thankfully I have a home gym in my garage. Full rack with pull up bar and bumper plates for Olympic lifts, no treadmill but a rowing machine which I prefer. If I’m gonna run I just hit the road.
