War Room Lounge v154: People don't realize how many people had to die just for the eight hour day

I shouldn't be so judgemental as there's plenty of music I listen to that people around here would question but I can't get over how rap, at least the well known guys, went from dudes like Ice Cube, Ice T, and Snoop who had legit gang ties and seen some shit to... guys that grew up upper middle class or middle class rapping about "the streets".....

Or a rapist full of plastic dumpster fire human like Cardi B.

Isn't that partially because other than say the old school guys like Slayer or Pantera pre shooting and like Rammstein if you include them in metal... are extremely niche and hard to get people into?

Case in point, roommate is a person that views Tool as the greatest thing to ever exist. I keep trying to listen and I just can't get into their stuff. I always walk away feeling like I'm way too sober to listen to their stuff.
My opinion is that sadly, like any cant for insiders such as cockney rhyming slang, gangsta (for lack of a better term given my lack of knowledge of that area of discussion), Joual--the list is very long--once it gets exposed and coopted by the public at large, it's time to abandon it and find a new one; that has knock-on effects like making rap/hip hop more superficial and commercial and less appealing to early participants.

Just my two cents.

It's so bad in the culinary industry. Show up at 6AM to work prep/lunch, expect to be out by 3. "Hey Agony so and so can't come in... Can you stay until 5 at the latest?" 10PM rolls the fuck around "Thanks for being a team player, see you tomorrow morning"
Hope over time was at least like double your hour salary

I tried bitch but it's hard on mobile. Funny though coming from you, LMFAO. Don't you got an Uber to drive? I have no doubt he has read this as he was clearly monitoring my posts. All you leftcucks are a joke. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but you proved to be just another cry baby loser
It’s hard to type @ followed by the name? Ok genius.

Manggg I been so busy I can't even begin to discuss. Authoritarian hours manggg, multiple people about to crack, LOA kicking in everywhere, endless budget and risk meetings, staff member straight walked out, it's been next level. With that being said, the best I can catch up with is--

@Gregolian yea man it's the nature of the beast. There's a bunch of convos here so it doesn't really matter if I/we aren't gun banning statue destroying tranny athletics supporting libs, it doesn't really get to that unless you take it there. If anything, it's more telling if you can't tone it down a notch vs always on overdrive.

@Prokofievian how do you like the program so far? I've actually heard the same, that you can't do boxing or any similar types of activities actively because it will blow your plans up. How long do you usually deload? Around a week?

@HockeyBjj I was a few points away from being the Champion last season. Don't think you can manipulate your way into exiling me from the league in fear of my superiority. I'm definitely in. Also, since I came in second, I should be second to select where I want to draft from. Bootstraps style.

The South Philly Pizza Squirrel has returned.

I had a feeling you'd say something like that. Awesome.

I caught SOD around 86 or 87, but never did see MOD much to my regret.
But damn if the Speak English or Die tour wasn't badass.
I caught them on the bigger than the devil tour. Had a couple of drinks with them before they went on stage.

Bambridge Accountants reports that 5816 people gave up their US citizenship in the first half of 2020 - a 1210% increase on the previous six months in which only 444 cases were reported.

.........

Did they give it up the way Stan Smith did? By burning his passport while in Saudi Arabia?

Nah I think a lot are moving to countries that are handling the pandemic better.

It's mostly expats fed up with how things are being handled. Some also fed up with annual tax reporting. Economists predict the trend will increase further if Trump wins re-election.

Fun fact: You have to pay $2,350 to renounce your citizenship for some reason.

Last pound of flesh.

The deload will last one week.

I've been able to train jiu jitsu 3 times per week and that was fine for the first couple weeks (and the deload of course). At the start of the mesocycle the volume is super low, but it ratchets up quickly if you're not careful. Every +1 you give program adds either 2 or 3 sets per muscle group, not just 1. Adding +2 is suicide, I think.
