I think he had it on him, but I'm not sure of all the details. I read he was being a bitch about his loss, killed the dude who beat him, and then just started firing at random.

I get the feeling that he had it all planned out if he lost, and it was the most pathetic all or nothing suicide mission of all time. Reading his tweets, the guy seemed to be deranged and looking for an excuse to rampage.
