This is why Sherdog needs...nay, MUST exist.

Saving one potential Twitter Becky at a time...

I really don't see the appeal of any giant platforms like reddit, twitter, etc. I like being able to recognize most of the regulars in a place and if you go somewhere like there, it's endless and I would think never would become familiar.

Dana would book him tomorrow if PR wasn't a thing.

He'll book it tomorrow, because PR is a fickle thing. It's not universal. Jones will get a pass, because the public gives him a pass.

Bottom line is, if he never loses, he always wins.

God bless you and all first responders, sincerely you guys are doing God's work.

Meanwhile I had to be at the office today to..... watch yearly training videos and then put together two bids on projects that probably won’t happen for a year + because no company is gonna have a capitol budget for a while

essential my ass

Twitter is great for curating a newsfeed. Every journalist from every major news group has accounts. I have subscriptions to the NYT, WaPo, WSJ and my local newspapers. I can't read every article every day but Twitter gives me the ability to flag the articles that are pertinent to me.

What? Hours... days... it's all the same.

Hope we get the old search bar back though.

It honestly would be more bizarre if they didn't give him a pass at this point. It's amazing how talented that guy is and still such a major fuck up. Like can you imagine doing all the shit he does and still making the amount of money and publicity (good or bad) like it's all fine?

He's a gangster. I know many.

They could have a billion. They would still load a gun and go pop it off at someones head for the fuck of it. Some men are born to kill,.

That makes sense. I'll normally just fall into the autofeed on my phone or browser.

@A.C.

I've asked you this multiple times but I need your thoughts on on Brian Schatz?

I love the guy on Twitter. I think he's a future Presidential candidate

THIS IS SOME SERIOUS BULLSHIT. JON JONES GETS ANOTHER DUI AND WEAPONS CHARGES AND WE COULDN’T MAKE FUN OF HIM IN THE SHOOP THREAD BECAUSE SHERDOG CAUGHT CORONA VIRUS!!!!
Meanwhile McGregor gives me the feels with a donation of $1M in equipment. What a news cycle to be down.

Hey as we know everyone is working from home and feeling a bit more socially isolated than normal.....

MIGRATE IT NOW!
I wondered about that timing and for us it sucked, but for the people working on this in person, what better time than when everyone has fucked off out of your way?

Some will profit greatly...

It's at the point where I totally get it, but it's getting to a point where they might actually be hurting him. He's a cash cow. He'll be allowed to do what he wants, barring serious federal crimes. I get it...

Much like I get letting your kid get away with certain things, simply because they're your kid. At some point though...you gotta step in and save your kid from spiraling out of control and making a catastrophic mistake that you can't shield them from.

Dana is like a gangster father, celebrating his kid for doing gangster shit. Then he'll be on TV crying n' shit, when he can't protect them anymore. It's time to bring out the belt, Dana.

Nothing has changed for me, since I already work from home (only physically go in-office about 2-3x a month at this point). In the new house, I've turned one of the guest rooms into a full blown office, and a double whammy is my wife also works from home most days. Then you get meetings or connects like 5-6-7-8 times a day sometimes, so there's a lot of human interaction even if it's virtual. So for me it's business as usual.

With that being said, I can imagine most people with their usual routines being randomly isolated at home like "turn on your laptop and work for 8 hours" lol. Probably gonna start seeing people snap soon.

Once I got the ability to remote into a pc at work, home work was not that different. I am just as effective.

But I miss the interactions, the gym, I had a friend who was going to my home gym and we were drilling / situational sparring 3 times a week and I think we are too paranoid for even that now.

And my work is grocery supply chain, so we are ok now, can’t imagine the isolation plus no job plus market crash. If I am feeling it, I can’t imagine how some are doing.

Non partisan everybody keep your heads up.
