I don't agree with "us" being in that last sentence. The locally sourced, small farm, humanely raised, beef cattle I get to eat of here are top notch no matter the price. And you don't need to be wealthy to enjoy wagyu in a shabu shabu either although it's not super cheap. Just go to Japan.

@LazaRRus was referring to. Look closely at that shit. Now I grant, you're not sitting down to a 12 oz portion of this stuff, but no one sane would need to. Even in these small strips, it's rich and filling. It's really fucking amazing and it doesn't cost anywhere close to $500. You can buy the ingredients in grocery stores over there.
