i switched to "Sherdog Default - Ad Free" and it made the screen super dark and most of the text became alot harder to read

either it's trolling me for not being a platinum member and running adblockers, or if it's actually supposed to look like this:

i mean i dont think it was intended to look this way. did anybody on the staff side of things even ask for such an abomination? i'm not sure who got the genius idea of removing the option to filter posts per page and change it with the most atrocious, unintuitive, and obstructive looking color scheme i could ever envision.

whoever was responsible for this monstrocity err artful masterpiece, pat yourselves on the back! such innovative GUI designs do not simply get made overnight. now i know why the site was down for 5 days!

that color scheme resembles the work of what i can only describe as something that might be produced if i enable hdr10 on my display but don't enable hdr from the input source. yuck! i really don't think it's supposed to be looking like that.

Truthfully I didn't regret plats getting rid of the trash ads was worth it.

It's the worst trend in politics. A spirited debate about policy is great, but making horrific accusations against people with no evidence because they're perceived to be outside your tribe is sick.

I artificially changed the zoom in my browser to be 115% for this site, which helped a lot, imo. On mobile, avatars are pretty much useless using a straight up/down view. Outside of that, having to hard scroll to get to the bottom of the page, not being able to go to the last page of a thread from outside the thread itself (usually like to read from last page for threads with multiple pages), I think things are fine. Some, particularly in the UFC forum, are saying they’re leaving because of the update. Many are unhappy in general. It isn’t that bad, guys, right?

People are always overdramatic to changes like this. There’s some minor things I hope they get to but overall, I think we are getting more out of the upgrade. Always a bad idea to judge it right after it changes. There’s likely unintended changes that they will hear about and get fixed later.
