I thought a more simple concept would be the way to go. I also had a bunch more complicated ideas involving McGregor, & several other concepts as well. After trying to sort it out for a couple days, I ended up starting my cage & this seemed like the one to do.

I threw in some obscure jokes with the ring ads that some might not have understood. All 3 are based on people's actual businesses. Rumble is getting into selling medical pot... (lolz) McGregor bought his sister a salon & that's the actual name (plus it's a metaphor that he's still the king over the FW division)... Aldo has a hamburger resturant, but I turned it to Turtle burgers because that was his defense at the end of the fight... "turtling up."

I don't think the "G-PA.COM" stood out like I wanted it to. That joke probably got missed by people who just looked quickly at each one. Should've probably put that in the cage floor or somewhere more noticable.

I wasn't sure if I could pull off Vitor's service dog, (for those that missed the V-log's he actually has one...lol) but I was surprised at how well it came out... (keeping in mind that this is my second MS Paint attempt ever) Anywayz... just thought I'd share the process & point out some jokes people might of missed.

Lol, I didn't vote for myself either. I'm glad we both kept out integrity instead of caving... I came close.

People tend to be impatient and want instant satisfaction. I think a simple perspective change would have done the trick. The geriatric joke (Lmfao btw) was the centerpiece of the work. If you switched from aerial view to ground level and gave Vitor and Nate more canvas, you would have nailed it out of the park.
 
I updated the order of the alternates in my previous post. I forgot to include the people who made it to the final round and didn't submit an entry.

Hahaha...i voted for myself in the beginning and then I saw a flood of messages saying "at least I ain't voting for myself, thats effed up!" So I went back and nonchalantly changed my vote.

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with voting for yourself if you think it deserves it, which in your case would have totally made sense. If you're voting simply to give yourself votes then it's a little less classy. I tend to judge myself harder anyway though, I ranked mine more in the middle of the pack.

I totally butchered the perspective on mine, it was a constant struggle between wanting to have perspective and realizing it was too much effort. lol
