However, her personality sucks. She's cringe inducing at the best of times and a completely sore winner and loser at her worst. For someone so decorated, with her experience and achievements- she's petty....she has *everything* but it's not enough.

I don't think her personality is holding her back I think the issue is her fighting style. If her opponent can't pressure her it becomes an issue. She is mainly a counter striker and wrestler. When counter striking works in a fight it is amazing to watch but if not it can get boring as hell. The consistent thing I see with Valentina fights are for them to be interesting the opponent has to be able to try and pressure her. If they can it's fun (i.e. Santos, Grasso 1, Andrade) but if they can't they are boring (i.e. Grasso 3, Nunes 2).

She has the skills and fight IQ but I always find myself rooting against her
I can't pinpoint the reason. I generally tend to favour winning fighters even if they are boring but her case is somehow different.
It could perhaps be her behaviour after the first grasso fight. All the denial etc.
