I believe that's true for the recount. Lawsuits do have real potential. If ballots were indeed opened against the rules without watchers there, a judge will throw those out.

You can't just throw away someone's vote because it was opened.

To even show that voter fraud changed the result, you would have to show that tens of thousands of votes were fraudulent, not a few that got misplaced or whatever. You can't really get to that without something systemic. Trump has a much better chance with faithless electorates than with contesting the votes.

Explain why you think this? It seems pretty normal to me, these states always start red and then trend blue towards the end. Big city centers, which are usually blue, take longer to count their votes.

t's not normal, even last election got weird in Florida and we figured it out relatively quickly.

This. Plus Hillary only got 56+% in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) in 2016. Biden's got about 80% in AC and a lot of the votes haven't been counted yet, plus the turnout is higher. Trump lost the two-time Obama voters in the Pittsburgh area who hated Hillary and rolled the dice on Trump.

Or the younger people like me that didn't really care during the 2016 election and assumed Trump had no chance.

Like what? I mainly saw him post what trends to look for in FL and it seems like he was mostly right on Sumter County in that if Trump hit 68% there he has it. And Trump is winning that county with 67.8% of the vote and 98% of votes reported.

I thought he was the guy saying 66-67 was very good for Biden in Sumter, and that the +2R party affiliation was a promising sign. I might be crossing him up with someone else though.

I think you mean ballots are ballots...whether they are legally cast votes is another matter. Trump predicted the "count all the ballots" shenanigans.
