illegal aliens don't have constitutional rights. Only US citizens.
Philosophically, are you for the suspension of constitutional rights in every country but America?

I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume not.

So then if the rest of the world used our constitution as a basis for theirs and gave their citizens the same rights would you still want to deny them those rights if they were in America?

Splitting hairs, but if somebody is here on vacation Should they not be given those same constitutional rights?

Where do we draw the line and decide who is protected by the constitution when in the United States?

Oh yea?

Eventually, the Supreme Court extended these constitutional protections to all aliens within the United States, including those who entered unlawfully, declaring that aliens who have once passed through our gates, even illegally, may be expelled only after proceedings conforming to traditional standards of fairness encompassed in due process of law. The Court reasoned that aliens physically present in the United States, regardless of their legal status, are recognized as persons guaranteed due process of law by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.

Fuck off. Or just admit you don't give a shit about the Consitution.

The rub is that without due process, how in the fuck do you know if they are illegal or not?

Yea! Who cares about due process? Fuck the Constitution.

The due process has already been established. They determined they're here illegally - and thus should be deported. I don't give a shit if they're a gang member or not.

I want most of the illegal migrants deported. The reason they're being sent to El Salvador is that Venezuela is not accepting their citizens back.

Due process happens in a court of law.

"Due process is a fundamental aspect of court proceedings, ensuring fairness and protecting individuals from arbitrary government actions. It's a constitutional requirement that ensures individuals are treated fairly in legal matters, whether it's a criminal trial or a dispute resolution process."

No. It hasn't. The way the administration has used the Alien Enemies Act has denied these people any due process, which is why they've been shipped to a PRISON in El Salvador only days after being abducted off the streets here in the United States, in many cases with no criminal charges filed against them or evidence they are gang members.

The Constitution REQUIRES that they receive due process if they're going to be deported.

It is a VERY fundamental aspect of the Constitution. It is one of the things that is supposed to make America special.

The constitution doesn't stop applying because you feel some type of way.

Constitutionally, they must have due process. That's just a fact and if you can't accept that then you're either delusional or actively being anti constitution.

Seems premature for the right wingers ITT to be dying on the "illegal" hill considering Trump just said he's open to deporting American citizens as well.
They don't care about that, because right now it's the SCARY BROWN PEOPLE that are getting deported, and soon it'll be any US citizen they deem worthy of being sent to prison. They're fucking stupid.

And cool, pretty soon any tattoo someone deems "gang related" or "terrorist related" then you're getting thrown in prison. How fucked.
