guys do you see a company like bellator, wsof, one fc giving a multi fight deal to mirko after his win vs ishii????

I guess Bellator, WSOF or OneFC would be best for him at this point.

I thought i saw something about him signing with the UFC again.

One of the smaller three orgs would be best for him at the end of his career. Maybe even M 1.

The fight of ages. Winner will top my list.

Mighty Mo is no longer on Bellators website. if he's gone I'm going to be immensely sad.

Nooooo! Not Mo! :icon_cry2

I still wanted to see him fight guys like Lashley and Thompson.

I knew the odds were against him but I was rooting for him to win the tourney and the title. I didn't even care if it fucked up the division, he deserves it. I asked Jason Floyd he said he'll find out. I really hope not. Always been a huge fan of his.

Normally I'll put the sport past guys once they hit their 40's, but Mighty Mo and Mark Hunt are guys that have crazy genetics for endurance to go along with their professional experience. Not to mention Mighty Mo subbing guys was amazing.

Agreed 100%, Two of my favorite hw's right there. Always wanted to see them fight each other.

Updated the main post, added two new profiles and some honorables. I also edited and updated some descriptions.

I had some thoughts on building a heavyweight division in some of the primary feeder organizations like Legacy, RFA, Titan, etc... that I figured I would put down in post format. Right now heavyweight is extremely slim in most of the feeder organizations, with only 1-3 active heavyweights fighting on their cards. Most of these organizations will pull from North and South America, so I've limited my selections to the areas they commonly recruit from. Currently non-prospect league contract bound fighters are not included (I.E. Smealinho Rama, Tony Johnson, Steve Mocco)

The Headliners

Cody East
Jan Jorgensen
Jared Cannonier

The Journeymen

Azunna Anyanwu
Tim Johnson
Brendan Barrett

The Investments

Wade Sauer
Curtis Blaydes
Allen Crowder
Seante Williams
Dillion Cleckler
Brandon Griffin
Rodrigo Nascimento Ferreira
J.D. Ramsey
Scott Steele
Jason Windham

That's around 17 fighters total that could be potential adds to a division, which shows there's plenty of options for the feeder leagues to start bringing in fighters.

Hopefully we see organizations like RFA, Legacy, and TitanFC continue their heavyweight development path and allow some of the unsung prospects in the Americas have their chance in the spotlight.

You shut your whore mouth! I hope this never happens. I couldn't bare to see it or hear about it.

Mo has definitely exceeded my expectations. I picked against him when faced Dan Charles and Peter Graham, but Erokhin is a monster who is on his way the big league.

Konstantin Erokhin is calling out Mighty Mo... No!!! :'(

I hope Konstantin just gets signed, he shouldn't have to fight anyone else.

But yeah, that won't end well for Mo, as much as I love him. Konstantin's striking makes Volkov's look slow motion.

exactly. I'd rather not see that fight at all. I like both fighters. Erokhin has much more power too

Andrew Van Zyl is fighting superstar Vandam Mbuyi on the next EFC Africa card, the winner of that fight will likely fight the winner of Walravens and Groenewald taking place in November for the EFC Africa HW championship. I'd personally like to see Groenewald vs Van Zyl happen.
