I should probably expand. Ari gave money when everyone thought Hilary would win. He did that because that's how politics work for the wealthy, it's a financial exchange, most often the wralthy donate to both sides but only front one side publicly (again for capitalistic reasons)

Aris a agent, or was mainly back then, the public stuff is in aid of that and because he was 100% sure Hillary would win and he wanted a position to influence policy. That's the transaction Hilary would have made (did make actually).

Aris actual politics are not difficult to track if you concentrate in what he does not what he says. Look at how he treats his fighter for example or the fact he left Dana in charge, or the way Trump is platformed at UFCs. That doesn't happen without Ari wanting it too. Ari can fire Dana, ESPN can't.

It's the same this time, he's platforming Trump so if Trump wins he has an in. The doesn't mean Aris on the right either, just it's potentially benificial for him to do so. Transactional politics.

Ari, at the outside is center right, a liberal not a leftist. His personal conduct is of aChicago school style neoliberal or more likely a libertarian, if u really want to know who Ari is, investigate his past controversies.

There use to be some really clever right wing guys who posted here who put thought into thier positions and would debate in good faith. I guess the repub party has driven them out because I haven't found one person yet who will engage on an intellectual level in a disagreement since I posted in here again.

Also, here and the UG, in the past, if you challenged a guy to a spar, you meant it.
