So the UFC ups their initial settlelment offer by 12%? They must be banking on a different judge looking at it this time around. That's how they know they will likely get away with it.
I remember Dana saying that the Judge just doesn't like him because Dana bullied him when they were in high school together or something like that... which is wild that the State would assign a judge who had history with one of the Zuffa owners.

Even wilder that Dana White would slander a Judge in public

The judge rejecting It because It was too low of a price plus the little aumont they improved on the new deal... Doesnt look good for the fighter's lawyers.
I would actually bê expecting them to bê on UFC parent Company pockets

Who are the idiot lawyers settling for this? They must have a shit case.

What happened to all that talk about the fighters involved in this lawsuit wanting to make a difference for the future of the sport? Only to accept the first offer to line their own pockets. This is a win for the UFC.

There are two lawsuits, this would only settle the one. The other one is the Johnson lawsuit and that one they are seeking injunctive relief.

I'm not gonna pretend to know anything..

"over 1,200 fighters" was the reported number of fighters who were on the lawsuit.

That 335 million gets divided up pretty quickly. Probably a few hundred K at the end.

Yes not to mention lawyer fees and other expenses.

anything making ufc bleed their ass out is a-ok in my book

For shit like this is that I don't feel bad for these dumb motherfuckers.

This pricks just want a quick pay check, they are not interested in a legit union or something that would really help past and present athletes.
