UFC On ESPN 12: Poirier vs. Hooker

Villante in "just finish out my contract" mode

Greene is bet up to -215 now. Wasn't this close to even money before? Anyway I bet the under 2.5 at -157 which covers a finish either way. I figure Gian only has 1 good round in him looking like that. Maybe less.

So watching Naruto, Avatar and eating fat steaks means you had a good training camp huh? Great. LOL @ "I don't know what regressed means."
Pretty epic media day interview

Villante was at 2.8 weeks ago

Source: Bet Villante weeks ago like a fuckwit

Agree with your assessment of his skills, but I despise the guy, since not only did the success go to his head, but he is one of the dirtiest cheaters in MMA today.

Eh, that doesn't at all make him one of the dirtiest cheaters in mma. You don't like his attitude and that's fine, but some glove holding and toes in the cage is par for the course

Honestly, if you're not kicking your opponent in the nuts once during the fight to take a 5 minute break while he wheazes for breath you're leaving a tool in the tool box. It's only ever a warning which has 0 repercussions

Re watched Hooker vs Felder. Hooker leaves his hands wide when and just relies on range to avoid strikes. Occasionally he’ll shoulder roll but I swear I never once saw him actually block a punch just avoid them

Don’t think that works on Porrier. Like my bet even at the odds better now

Hooker looked great at the weight in. Now i'm leaning toward his win.

People who bet on how fighters look at the weigh in: Are you positive or negative in doing so?

Just because you don't lose a point doesn't mean it isn't dirty. There are plenty of unwritten rules that fighters abide by like don't throw a punch when someone is stretching out their hand for a fist bump at the beginning of a round.

There is a vast gray area of stuff you can get away with that is still dirty and you will gain a reputation accordingly.

If a fighter is relying on fence grabs and groin kicks to find that edge then they are doing it wrong.

I’m positive in live betting. Prebets usually don’t work out nearly as well.

Villante looks so bad at weigh ins that I have to fade him. He already has a poor gas tank at LHW, it will only be worse based on how much body fat he is now carrying.

It can be very profitable, like when Aspen Ladd was shaking like a leaf at weigh ins and everyone enjoyed quick monies from GDR. I wish I cashed out when Eye missed weight she ended up looking sluggish in the fight. There's times it doesn't work out too though.

You mean as far as success rate? Just a small thing I consider but I think it has saved me from a few bad bets. I think it kept me from losing money on Camacho last week.

Maybe I'm seeing things honestly I thought Camacho looked worse than Casey. At least at the face offs, Frank looked a little drained to me.

Lmaooo delete this bro

Whoa...Maurice green by sub is +1450 on dimes. He has 2x more subs then KOs and fatboy villante hardly looks like a cardio machine on the scale today..hammered it into a few parlays. Villantes never been subbed but I expect him to be huffing and puffing by round 2

Not really sure, but I find it especially useful whenever someone is moving up or down a weight class, again, its not a science, but it definitely helps to rationalize your decisions sometimes. Now watch, Villante will come out and Roy Nelson Greene in the first minute...

Ladd looked the same weighing in for her fight vs Evinger and TKO'd her..she was gonna lose that fight to GDR anyway imo

I agree with the kicks to the nuts (smart strategy), but biting? That does absolutely nothing to improve your chances of success while risking a possible DQ loss.
