Yair and Lopes both admitted the UFC offered the fight to them but Yair said he was hurt. I'm hoping the UFC will be spiteful enough of this that they would offer the title shot to Evloev, Pico/Murphy winner, or Lopes/Jean on a quick turnaround.

I refer to all cards that aren't PPV as free. I would still have ESPN even if they got rid of UFC. But nothing in life is fully free.

I only have ESPN to watch fights, never have watched anything else on the channel. But it's not a bad deal for that.
