Rumored UFC Heading To NETFLIX - Leaving ESPN

The news reports are talking about Dana/UFC anger concerning UFC 313 technical difficulties. I'm sure that's just a pretext.

You mean I can watch Amy Schumer movies and UFC in the same app? AWESOME

UFC is dying. For real though. They really are getting way over saturated and more is not better. Pay for cards? I don't even bother pirating at this point. Their product is just bad now. ONE FC is putting on better shows every Friday. For free, on YouTube. The fucked up thing is that those cards are almost ENTIRELY Russian, Middle Eastern, and Thai names yet I (American) recognize more names there each week than I do when I pull up UFC cards.

They need to drop the ppv model if they want to grow the sport.

Unless they're going to give 50% of ppv sales directly to athletes, there's no reason any of this should be ppv anymore. Particularly if it's already gated behind a paid subscription.

Here we go with the virtue signaling again complaining about fighter pay etc. Jesus Christ, you people on here don’t even support these fighters in the first place.
Exactly, who cares about fighter pay. They sign a contract so they're clearly aware of their worth. Don't like it, go somewhere else, simple economics.
