My ESPN+ sub ends in October. After that, if the Netflix sub is reasonably priced, I'm in. I'm used to occasional channel/platform changes.

UFC is dying. For real though. They really are getting way over saturated and more is not better. Pay for cards? I don't even bother pirating at this point. Their product is just bad now. ONE FC is putting on better shows every Friday. For free, on YouTube. The fucked up thing is that those cards are almost ENTIRELY Russian, Middle Eastern, and Thai names yet I (American) recognize more names there each week than I do when I pull up UFC cards.

They need to drop the ppv model if they want to grow the sport.

Unless they're going to give 50% of ppv sales directly to athletes, there's no reason any of this should be ppv anymore. Particularly if it's already gated behind a paid subscription.

Both are more of the same. 2 companies willing to burn money to convert to subscribers at any cost. Guess UFC will continue their usual Apex gameplan.
