{<huh}{<jordan}

I see no arm punches but a fighter who is drilling. Dunno where you manifested the fake confidence from bro.

Yeah I know man... had little bit too much wishful thinking there. Ofcourse not Ronda level of arm punches but still his foot and body didnt move while punching. And that is probably because he looked really tired and probably didnt have much gas left. All good with Francis. Not considering him to have bad technique.

I´m pretty big on Marquardt.

I love Alvey but he sucks and Nate is much much better fighter. Even at this point where he is shot.
{<redford}
True that. The thing is Nate has fought a list of fucking killers. Its easy to say he has regressed or sucks etc.. Look at alveys opponents. Tbh nate would destroy them all.

Days after we first reported that Welsh mixed martial artist John Phillips was removed from his January 28 light heavyweight bout with Marcos Rogério de Lima, we have learned that Jeremy Kimball (MMA record 14-5) will step in and face de Lima on short notice.

Kimball, a 25-year-old Colorado native, will make his octagon debut on just 8 days notice at UFC on FOX 23:

Kimball last competed at FFC 27: Night of Champions in December, where he earned a third round TKO finish over light heavyweight Maro Perak. Three of Kimball’s last four victories have come by way of knockout — and Kimball hasn’t been defeated since he lost to UFC veteran Chris Camozzi back in November 2014.

i've seen kimball fight a LOT. he's always way overweight. (as in, he's always fighting a couple weight classes he should be) i don't expect that to be any different on 8 days ontice.

that said, his cardio is surprisingly good most of the time, so don't be ENTIRELY misled by his physique when some of you see him for the first time

Back when I was a degen, I lost 40 units betting on Chidi against Kimball.

Being a Colorado native should help him a lot. I've never seen the other guy fight before though.
Pena wreaks of false confidence
You're just racist.

lol what? I can't even find a joke in that. You have me lost

My comment was so random that it was worthy of a chuckle. My job is done.

Oh "good" I guess. I had no idea how to bet Phillips vs De Lima. De lima is a potatohead and Phillips is a brawler with no ground game. Difficult task to predict.

But what happened to Phillips anyway?

Pena loves clinches and trips, shev being a MT champ also loves to clinch.......

Pena sub, Shev decision still my early leans.

I have so strong lean on Valentina. I dont know where it comes from. I have a feeling that I dont even have to think and anaylise this fight that I already know who is going to win.

Pena is gonna look like a fish outta water. I hope she has a good first round and/or second round so I can get even better odds on Val. I feel Val is gonna overtake in the 3rd to 5th.

This means De Lima should have a substantial size advantage though, no? De Lima is a decent sized LHW and like others discussed Kimbrel fought Chidi who fights at 170 iirc. It appears from looking at his record he is strictly a stand up fighter with all loses coming by Sub. This should give De Lima a couple routes to victory, plus he should be the bigger puncher. Any odds released yet?

no odds. and yea, de lima will be bigger for sure, and much more dangerous early.

kimball knows what he's doing when he takes dudes down sometimes. i.e. that chidi fight. i took a bath on chidi in that one.

Anybody liking Knight? That guy has got such a strong determination and drive to win, also violent and aggressive. His last two fights impressed me.

Big Knight fan but I dont like him in this spot. He doesnt cut off the cage very well just chases his opponent with very little defense. His style works well vs the right opponents but Caceres movement is gonna be the key here IMO and something Knight hasnt seen before. If he just follows him around I dont think he will get much offense going and will probably walk into a lot of strikes. He's gonna have to cut Caceres off and get him on the fence.

Shev pena is lb for me. My biggest concern with shev is when she is swarmed/pressured her natural instinct is to clinch it seems. And pena will swarm right off the bat. If shev doesnt clinch and uses footwork/angles to avoid the swarm i will be lb the shit out of shev. I dont trust her until i see it tho. Wmma fight iq and all
