I think he is to the guys that actually fight. He came up in some decent training rooms and these guys all kinda hear a bit more than we do.

Similar to Bo Nickal. He was so highly touted because these fighters trained with him or knew people that had.

As opposed to us Sherbros going off a fighters fight finder record.

I hope he folds Lerone Murphy via Bodyshot or we see some of his wrestling.

Right, but being highly touted and having potential is not the same as being some established star. That's what I'm saying. It's not just records or anything.

Like, he wasn't a bigger name than even Pitbull. He's not a bigger name than Francis either.

Oh, man, I would love it if he folds Lerone like that. Love his body hooks, and I hate boring ass Lerone.

RDR didn't do any damage round 5. bobby clearly landed the better strikes. that was a bullshit decision, screwing over the established, higher paid, aging fighter.
I don't even know if i'm supposed to take you seriously or if this is an elaborate bit lol

RDR's striking is comically bad.... like for a dude to get to this level with THAT striking is pretty remarkable.
Some grapplers can walk that fine line and make it to title contention. Maia did it. Chimaev might be doing it now, who the fuck knows what he's actually capable of, his fights and career are such a quandary.

A grueling war for sure, but honestly neither guy looked good

RDR has an insane chin but looked way too vulnerable standing, think he has to really work on his defense or he will get KTFO

And a respectable performance from Rob, but he looked too shopworn to take advantage multiple times during the fight...needs a ride off into the sunset fight next imo

Was a clear UD for RDR, Whit accepted the L all night getting pushed around.

I wonder what excuse the Whit fanboys have… there’s always excuses lol
The excuse will be that Whittaker looked small in there against a guy like RDR. Whittaker's best shot for another title run is to go down to 170 maybe. He is around 5 feet 11 also (inflated to 6 feet), and was a former WW at one time. Whiitaker should shed some weight and regroup himself as a WW. He is not touching Middleweight Gold ever again.

Meltdown incoming, lol.

Anyway, thanks for the play by play, Sherbros. I enjoyed it. Have a great weekend.
nah this is what happens. you think you have a point, you get shut down by your logic, and then you always back away.

never change retard.

RDR landed damage in round 5?
"It's all a conspiracy to fuck over the older more well paid fighter!" is the bit I'm having a hard time taking seriously.
Hanlon's Razor buddy.

Haha, I've seen that guys posts, he literally thinks the UFC controls the outcomes of the fights if they go to the decision.
Oh that explains it.

Anyone else assume Rob was retiring when he waited for his interview?

Wouldn't have hated it, but would've been a bit sad I guess.

How can you say that with lay and pray on the fence and the massive hit that almost finished him in round 3. IF this guy trains with Khamzat and DDP and Robert does that to him, its fucked up to give him the L on his last run. Reading the rules for fun again, I am not sure RDR won that. https://www.abcboxing.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Unifed-MMA-Rules-2019-.pdf RDR is really good and cool but I just wish they would call it like it is

Round three was Robs, 1 Robs and its impossible to think he did not win another one as RDR was leaning on him the whole time.

My point is that him leaning on him shows just as much exhaustion as Roberts body language. This is not an Umar/Merab situation where Merab was doing jumping jacks and Umar looked almost dead.
