I am a late 90's early 2000'2 guy so tribal tramp stamps were all the rage and I was not against staring at one after a night out. The chest stuff is so bad and tacky, tramp stamps were tacky but they are not so prominent. Even in the rare case you see a well done chest piece, it is just too much and cannot be covered up. Back in my day there was a lot of woman who would do the side/rib cage tattoos with flowers and stuff like that and it looked nice but could be covered up when needed. They do not age well as woman start having kids and get older and fat.
