It was supposed to be BW. Aldo was ordered by the Dr to stop cutting. The commission allowed it to become a FW fight instead. So he technically didn’t miss weight. But he caused it to be a FW fight.

And Zahabi said he was very pleased with his compensation for agreeing to fight at FW short notice.

Zahabi was certainly a lot happier at the end of that fight than Aldo was. He was literally hanging on for death life.

I think he won the fight with Pride rules, but I had Aldo winning two rounds.

How is the round not at the very best a draw?

Zahabi gets dropped 2x , kicked in the head 2 x and does the stanky leg all over the octagon and then somehow wins some some ground and pound.Aldo wasn't in a great spot, but both fighters were gassed at the end there. Superficial cuts being treated as super damage decides a fight again.

It's just a cut. Sure it's damage, but Aldo nearly put him out 2-3 x. Zahabi came back well but not enough to win the round in the universal rrules.

Zahabi cut up & pummeled Aldo’s face while en route to out-striking him nearly 3-to-1. that was clearly a Zahabi round.
