yea. basically, i am huge on emmett NSC now. if it goes to decision, i get my $ back. if emmett finishes him, i win a bundle. if green finishes him, i lose a lot. but i doubt that happens.

Can you finish a fight via hugging? I guess not, so your money is safe.

My elite expert parlay for this event:

Emmett + Weidman + Oliveira + Cormier ITD + Usman/Strickland o2.5 + Cummins/Blachowicz o1.5 + Alves/Côté o2.5

#CantSeeThisOneLosing
what are the odds?

I liked watching Brooks in Bellator but I dont know why but he just hasn't looked great in the UFC, didn't look good against Pearson people blame the weightcut and UFC Jitters, horrible performance against the Brazilian Cowboy even considering his injury. Oliveiera is one of those fighters who people tend to underrate. Case in point, no way in hell am I playing Brooks at this price range and if you take into account the new rules, I think Oliveira can stay active enough to win this fight.

The best thing Will Brooks has done while coming to the UFC is cook..

Regarding your comment on the new rules, isn't New York one of the 5 states that hasn't adopted the new rules?

Odds are the streak continues

Thats one expert bettor mentality right there

Usman is parlay city, he should be fighting guys higher up on the rankings, this fight is like a 'keep busy' type of fight for Usman. Usman+Jury sounds like a good parlay.
squareeeeeeeeee

Well you guys wanted an expert play so here it is. I'm taking Daniel Cormier +100, why is the champ the underdog? he's fighting a fight he's already won before. Johnson is a quitter, after things go south he'll be looking for a way out like he always does. In order for Johnson to win he's going to have to put Cormier to sleep, that's never been done before. One thing is for sure, Daniel Cormier will fight for your money, he knows how to win, he doesn't care how he does it but he gets it done.

There you go, Cormier is my free expert play for this week. It may not be as edgy as some of my previous plays but I'm confident Cormier destroys Rumble. Some guys are just bad match ups for others. I also have a couple double teams, there are plenty of favourites on this card that will deliver easy wins.

Champ looking sharp

Since Holbrook DEC went up even more, this is where I'm sitting at after adding at +950

1.26u to win 10.01u (~ +800)

The odds are pretty wacky on that. It could end up being a close decision. I have a little more than I want on it, but I think it is totally fine and appropriate given the fact that I do not have either ML, my only other play on the fight is the over which it goes with and the fight will not be live bettable. I also think it has the most value out of any of the 3 other scenarios and is potentially the 2nd most likely outcome...

God dammit, Cummins vs Jan is now a pick'em. I wanted Cummins at +120, it never got there, looks like I have to sit this one out. While I think Cummins can get it done I don't trust him enough at current odds. I could see him looking really good early and then getting caught later, Jan may not be a big puncher but neither is Lil Nog really.

Cummins is just so hittable, he doesn't have a good chin and he doesn't react well to damage. Both guys have massive weaknesses in their games, Jan can't stop TD's and he can't get up, has he finally fixed that after being a pro for a decade? I doubt it, he is what he is. While I ultimately lean Cummins I can't play him, the line is on point, I don't see how anyone could feel confident on either side.
I also am tempted by cummins. Jan gets taken down rather easily and gasses early. Not a good combination for a wrestler like cummins.

But cummins is too much of a wild card. He might think he's a striker again and he's been knocked out/stopped in 4 of last 5 fights.

I could also see Jan subbing him. His guard is pretty active

Cummins at dog odds is a truly #elite play. Cummins at favored odds is a #wildman play.

Weidman eating french toast with syrup on Monday. Confidence decrease. Please don't let this be another tiramisu debacle.

Just so everyone knows, I listened to Khabib on TheMMAHour e never ate the tiramisu cake. He said that he had went out with a bunch of his friends and family and they ordered a bunch of food and cake but he never ate any himself. He was pissed like a motherfucker that people thought it lol

Thats exactly what someone would say that DID eat "this cake".

There's no such thing as 'too big' if all are freerollable.

Out of all them I'd have the least confidence in Gillispie. I'm actually considering hitting Holbrook fo 1u, and I've faded him every fight so far in the UFC.

I think that all of you in here who are considering Holbrook are crazy. When this fight is over Gillespie is going to be awarded either a finish or 30-27 scorecards across the board. This fight is tailor made for GG to win. I know that Holbrook has overachieved, but he's fighting a world class wrestler with elite level athleticism and he's going to get pieced up and taking down whenever GG feels like it. I do believe that when this fight is over people will wonder why GG wasn't more around -450 LOL I also think this is one of the last time we get him at such good prices.

If I am wrong you can quote this and I will happily eat crow. Just make sure that you bake it in a pie LOL

Yeah a singular bet at -350 isn't very fruitful. His line is better for parlay fodder imo.

Line is the line regardless of parlay.

by the way: is your AV supposed to be ironic? Lose a bet?
