UFC "100 million fans in the US"

THAT is according to Paramount Skydance CEO David Ellison -- and he is the one they'll burn if this doesn't work out.

I missed the "100 million fans" estimate on first read as I was looking at the Price Increase, not the other details in this November article.

I remain skeptical -- but feel Sherdog is in the Elite Class of such a large UFC Fan base in the US -- makes me want to walk around the normies in a Sherdog double beer cap.

Seems a tad high, I think this sport survives on 1-2 million reg viewers. With plenty of turnover (fans move on, new ones arrive) but not very many sustained bumps in actual number
