Stop appropriating conservative vocabulary, snowflake.
Good we put aside the undeniable fact of white people building America (not to mention, discovering the entire continent), since you have no objections to this particular matter.
As for slavery: America was built on many things, barely one of which is slavery but surely one which is Emancipation (from slavery). And if you think it's the only country whose history (whether directly or indirectly) involves slavery, you should get a clue (or at least get less preoccupied with historic slavery and more concerned with modern-day slavery around the world).
The question was why Asians (in general) don't have any problems with the law, not why they're not systematically oppressed (because that would imply that blacks are systematically oppressed, which is true only in your deranged mind).
Aside from black ghettos there are all kinds of ghettos in every major city, including white ghettos (Jewish, Italian, you name it). Would you say that white people forced themselves into those communities? You think someone's forcing black folk to stay in "awful communities"? Have you heard about black Beverly Hills? There are black communities most whites would envy (but hey, it must be hard to notice for someone looking through the prism of socialist barf).
May be it's because black folk are still voting for the party of KKK (the Democratic party) for mere provisional benefits (welfare and free abortions). Just a thought.
