Don't forget, it is usually several officers screaming these commands. Hard to figure out how to react when a bunch of people with guns drawn are all screaming different things at you.

Most of the time when you pull someone over for a traffic violation you have no idea who's behind the wheel.

I also disagree that race cannot be a factor. If you know it's almost exclusively white drug dealers from a certain area coming into your city, it will most definitely be a factor in decision making. There's idealism and there are practical realities of law enforcement. It's a bit like deviating from game theory optimal approach while playing cards in order to exploit the mistakes of your weaker opponents. There's also nothing inherently wrong with making observations, having consensual encounters, etc.

I don't think your questions are as straight forward as you think they are because life is full of nuance and you're acting like everything is black and white. You are certainly entitled to ask any questions you like though don't expect easy answers that you think should exist. It's bit like going up to a lawyer and asking why the legal world doesn't function the way you think it should despite knowing almost nothing about it.

No my questions are very straightforward you just don't like the reality or label that comes with thinking the way that you do. People who have not committed a crime should not be looked at as suspects. Its a poor dog sht justification to continue predatory practices that we all know disproportionately impacts an already disenfranchised community.
You also are taking a completely different stance than the former officer i was corresponding with.
You want to sanitize & white wash your way of thinking instead of owning it in it's entirety.

your own source says there are three kinds of jews, only one originated from the middle east/africa and makes up less than 25% of jews worldwide. the rest are from europe, so they’re white. you are just proving me right. if your point is “some jews aren’t white” you don’t have to worry. i already know. in america, 90%+ are white and worldwide, 75%+ are white. what are you confused about sir?

That happened during the military stop-loss days of Iraq/Afghanistan also. They had waivers for all kinds of stuff. I saw guys coming in with neck tattoos in uniform (Army).

Not surprised this has turned into a race issue even though it shouldn't have. Also, are there odds on if Whoopi keeps her job after her comments? I think they are afraid to fire her, so maybe a week vacation is in her future

My point is Jews are not grouped by color or origin the way some other people are. Jews are Jews. You're not even saying Ashkenazi,Sephardic or Mizrahi Jews. Most Jews identify simply as Jews and then sub division into one of those three typically if you really press for their heritage. Most modern day Jews in America are Ashkenazi. Are black people with albinism white?

I am not confused about anything. Just stating facts. I bet you're struggling not being able to fit a group of people into a convenient box.

Aside from abuse, few things frustrate me more than the conflicting orders being screamed by multiple
cops. If I was there, I would have calmly told him that he needed to comply and put his hands behind his back. I would then tell the other officer that he can’t put his arm behind his back because of the way you are holding him. But they came in hot and escalated the situation to levels it never needed to get to

I think, in this case, he is not yet been charged criminally. Saying “I hope they stomp his ass” is not criminal. So at this point, until the da decides to charge him(which is likely for battery), it is an internal investigation for misconduct.

And I think crump is a piece of shit because he makes everything, absolutely everything, about race. To my knowledge, he has only ever taken on two non-black clients. He also takes complete pieces of shit like jacob blake and makes them victims. This was a man that raped his black ex and tried to steal a car to flee police with his children in the car. He fought with police, while armed with a knife, was shot, and a city burned because of it. Meanwhile, the black female victim is forgotten in all of this. And I don’t like him because he focuses on race politics especially concerning the police. If there is a shooting of a black man, he is there, even when completely justified.

Yea people die from the RNC more then you would think compared to how much you see it in MMA. I remember reading about two cousins play fighting at the beach and one of them died from an RNC placed on them by the other kid.

If I get into a fight I'm just breaking an arm\leg. The thing about the RNC to is people can assume you're trying to kill someone and then weapons can arguably be considered legal to use against me.
