You know I tried to do that in the past and I found it a bit intimidating because there's so many anime shows I have not watched. I felt I could not do the list justice. To give you some context, I started watching anime again around 2019 and it was not very extensive, just watched a bunch of selective shows. I think it was in 2021 or 2022 where I steadily watch the new shows. So my point is, there are a lot of anime shows I have not watched pre-2020s. This would be similar of me making a TV show recommendation but limited to only 2020 to 2025 shows with a few sprinkles of pre-2020 shows.

But that is twice now you've requested this. So I'll try to make some sort of limited list. I'm currently on a creative high with the recently revived Fantasy Casting of Wonder Woman. I'm in the middle of my Street Fighter Fantasy Casting (because I'm not satisfied with the actual movie's casting). So maybe after that, I'll try to do a limited anime recommendation.

It just happened that I watched a couple of your anime recommendations, and I liked them a lot. And I'm not really an anime fan.
 
So the last couple of weeks:

Ballard started out thinking it was going to be a bit bobbins but was really good with some nice Bosch cameos.
Found - gutted it got canned, I'm loving season 2 and hope they wrapped it up without a cliff hanger
Waterfront - great fun and am gagging for season 2. The gay brother from Animal Kingdom is terrible on the eyes
Countdown - LOVE this. The music score has been amazing and Ackles with the action as always spectacular
Untamed - waiting for the drop. It's slow which means I fall asleep, that isn't to say it's bad. He's great, as is his character.
Smoke - Oh my fuck this is blinding great. The end of episode 2 throws you through a loop!
Criminal Minds finished, I've adored every single season of this. Don't want to spoil it but since moving to Paramount shit has got fucked up and I can't wait for next year.

Countdown is great. If you like that try Blindspot, it is addictive. Untamed IS a bit boring. Have you tried Poker Face? I like it a lot.

I watched some Blindspot, can't remember why I forgot about it, I'll stick it back on the list. Everything with Countdown has me hooked. The music gets my toes bopping, Metallica was the first car chase and I love Ackles as sad his story is.

The scene with them at the border was just genius.

This show is amazing. I wish they'd do more than one episode per week, but that's what keeps us coming back!

The chemistry between the crew is great. Especially Meachum and Oliveiras.

Sad that the head actor has ALS so don't know how a second season will be if there is one.
Dead chuffed the bribe didn't go as expected using his dad's memory to get further.

Really good show, right amount of action to story like Reacher managed to do.

I didn't realize that Eric Dane had ALS. I had to look it up when I watched the latest episode this evening.

He seems committed to keep going until his body gives out. Tough SOB.

He's already started losing feeling in one of his arms but no reason he couldn't still be a not hands on boss.
How we're going to get out of terminal Ackles though, I don't know. Maybe it was only meant to be a one season.

Yeah, I know the showrunner is hoping for a second season, but I don't know where they go. I thought it was only ever supposed to be one season. Maybe they can bring in Jared Padelecki afterwards lol

Well if we replace one brother with another Supernatural brother I'm not going to be up in arms but I like the story going on with Ackles being off his head not wanting to die in some sorrowful way.

Poking around Amazon Prime, I found Gundam G-Quuux, so am watching that before finishing El Cid.
