Watched Banshee S1E1 Pilot. Seems like every other scene is something crazy. Too bad they didn't cast a bigger boobed actress for the fully nude scene. The crime lord reminds me of the religious assassin from Netflix Punisher.

The actor who played Chao in Warrior has gots some acting range.

I don't know why Cinemax stopped making their own shows after Warrior, Banshee, and Strike Back being so good.

The show is amazing, stellar action. Homelander is such a great actor. There are lots of hot chicks too, especially the blonde niece and the cop.

I picked up where I left off and started watching Banshee again . . .

I finished season 2 of Gangs of London the other day. As usual, the choreographies and editing are awesome. The story is not as strong as in season 1 though. It's still a solid show, but they used some cheap writing tactics and I was disappointed.

I'm watching Rectify for a second time. Aden Young was born to play the role. What a stunning performance. The perfect example of less is more.

Generation V was very good, against expectations.

But additional spin-offs make me wonder if they're trying their own 'cinematic universe.'
Seems like that's a very very bad idea.

The Boys is a Parody/Drama of DC/Marvel, and with multiple spin-offs they'll start the same mistakes they did that got them in the same hole they're trying to dig themselves out of now.

'Super Hero Fatigue' has not applied to The Boys...

...yet.

So everything The Boys has been great, but a Mexican spinoff means it's time to hit the brakes?

Season Two of GoL was good, but it lost a step. Also, I got tired of hosw much success one kept having against many, it felt wrong. Still a great watch though.

Rectify is one of my favorite shows, I spent a couple of years begging people to watch it.
