Television TV Show Thread

Binged Bookie, really good and want a second season.

Went through 1st season of Harley Quinn. Fully satisfied my warped sense of humor. On to season 2.

Watched season 1 of Archer. Had seen them all on late night TV anytime I couldn't sleep this year. Once again, fully hits all the notes on my warped sense of humor.

What If... Season 2. Some of the best stuff Marvel has done since End Game.

Anyone watching Season 2 of What If...?

Kahhori - Brand new character created from scratch for this show. Young Mohawk woman from early colonial times. This was the episode from two days ago.

Today, it was an episode set in another universe but, during Shakespearean times. Same characters. But, I assume Jeremy Renner was still recuperating from his accident to voice a charter based upon Robin Hood (EDIT or William Tell)

I was hoping they would tie these two episodes together an show that Kahhori was the missing hero they needed to find, rather than, well...you'll see.

I have been, and I LOVED today's setting.

I'm sure Kahhori will be showing up again. Probably next episode.

yeah they definitely stepped it up from first, , 2nd felt like much more effort went to writing. Though only one thing is a bit off in a way. Thanos with only a single infinity stone was close to invincible, able to reshape part of reality. Makes sense right?
Here, they are little more than boost up for powers, far from was they oughta be and anyone can use them..

Watched Banshee S1E1 Pilot. Seems like every other scene is something crazy. Too bad they didn't cast a bigger boobed actress for the fully nude scene. The crime lord reminds me of the religious assassin from Netflix Punisher.
One of the best action series of all time.
Just bonkers.
Bigger boobed? My god, that actress has the best ass ever

I finished season 2 of Gangs of London the other day. As usual, the choreographies and editing are awesome. The story is not as strong as in season 1 though. It's still a solid show, but they used some cheap writing tactics and I was disappointed.

I'm watching Rectify for a second time. Aden Young was born to play the role. What a stunning performance. The perfect example of less is more.
I forgot about rectify somewhere along the road. Maybe watched the first season.

Watched several episodes of Showtime's The Curse and it's not very good. I suspect there won't be a season 2. I think the co-star is also director or producer and in one scene he gratuitiously shows his bare buns pulling up his pajama pants w/o undies. Nothing from Emma Stone who looks good in tight jeans.

I finished season 4 this morning. It's one of the most underrated shows of all time.

Every second of this show is brilliantly acted and it has some of the deepest, soul crushing moments I've ever seen. It also has an incredibly subtle, almost delicate optimism.

I was sad when it ended, but the pacing was perfect. It told the story it set out to tell.

I still remember the coffee bean scene...

I didn't realise it ran for 4 seasons. I found it too harrowing so I didn't finish the first season.

He is. Showtime Anytime or what have you ended their subscription but I didn't bother renewing to carry on with The Curse...and I like Emma quite a lot.

Started Banshee Season 2. The young chief's sis is one of the hottest actresses I've seen recently.

Her, the main girl cop, and proctors niece are all hot as hell. They did very good in that department, I don't even know who I think is hottest.
