I think it's called word association. For example; if you hear the phrase crocked Hilary enough times you begin to believe there is at least some legitimacy in the claim. Even if you are a supporter. People remember Russian Hoax. Highly effective.

My bad... I lost the translation on the net. Hillary is a vile person. Now we are learning she approved the Trump Russia Collusion hoax, and the CIA / FBI ran with it. Later, Obama's documents show that he was not pleased and didn't want it to tarnish his presidency. Somehow, she got her way as she was the incoming President, or so they thought. Now Obama is left looking dirty for allowing his FBI and CIA to be used to push the lie. It's an extreme abuse of power.
