While the original travel ban was not genuine and exposed Trump's lie about instituting the ban to protect Americans, it did partly lessen the risk since Iraq, Syria,Libya are places with lots of Jihadi groups. So leaving Iraq out in Ban 2.0 still does not address the problems with the ban .

ISIS emerged from Iraq and there are still lots of ISIS supporters there, so why would you leave Iraq out. If he was honest, he would keep Iraq on , take Iran out and add Saudi,UAE,Qatar, Kuwait, Pakistan,Afghanistan.

Because 9/11 was an EXAMPLE of a terror attack on this country. Its not the only thing terror related thats happened in the word, ever. Not to mention all the other issues with migration from these regions around Europe.
