Well, I know how fascism starts, and it rhymes with dump.
After decades and decades of using the communists (CCCP) as the boogeyman keeping military budgets and enlistment up, it is no surprise that the word is a dog whistle for many; that is what makes this sort of misdirection possible.
The USA is never becoming a communist country. Never.
It is a go to for GOP politicians to throw down in order to argue against meaningful beneficial systemic changes, though, and you regurgitating that tried and boring tactic doesn't make it true.

All you have to do is look at the massive amounts of campaign money. Trump/Biden had like a billion dollars between the both of them in 2020 and will also in 2024.
You have to be an absolute Rube to think those corporations would be spending all that money to have communism in this country so they could no longer make massive amounts of money.
The US does have corporate socialism. Our government privatizes profit and subsidizes loss. Any time a corporate segment, fucks up badly and loses a shit load of money, the government comes riding in to save them by throwing them more money. Banks are the worst at it, they do risky shit, lose money and the government bails them out every single time, which is the total opposite of capitalism.

they need psychiatric help, not affirmation of their mental illness. you don't affirm anorexia when someone's starving themselves to death and you don't affirm this either.

What crimes did those three commit and is there evidence of it? If there's evidence then let them face the process. Or are you talking about "war crimes"? I think The Hague would have to deal with that, not the US system.
