Law Trumps home raided

I know almost as silly as demanding the DOJ arrest someone because they forced the feds to get a search warrant
Are you so shameless you’re back again on the same nonsense? You literally get embarrassed every time on this topic, eventually go away, only to reemerge as if you weren’t embarrassed already.

Trump didn’t force anyone to get a warrant. The feds got a warrant because they had probable cause he had committed crimes.

Nice now we can reintroduce Hitlerys private server to the American public something else that the left successfully hid in plain sight
18 U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material
Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.

Since the aide works for a giant PAC that gives tons of money to Republicans running for elections, I doubt anything happens to said Aide, that is if its really true the aide did it on "accident".
I look forward to the Law and Order party to try and sweep this under the rug.
Once again how does a dude working for a PAC manage to make copies of Classified document, to put on a Laptop and also on a thumb drive.
When you eat at Mar A Lago, does the menu have a classified document as an insert. How did an aid to a PAC get access to classified documents and then make copies of them?
Trumps son in law and a cabinet member made a combined 22 visits to the House of Saud and when out of office, got 3 billion combined from the House of Saud.

"Trump's laptop"

Hunter's laptop isn't Joe's laptop either.

oh so the same way that literally every single search warrant is granted ever...

But sure you're not sensationalizing anything at all.

Embarrassed me? Are you on drugs I'm intelligent enough to know your opinion on the law, or Trump's Maralago case means absolutely Jack shit. It literally means nothing ....in the real world , in reality it means nothing, sorry to break that to you pal

Did you get a bump on the head?

You continue to be wrong on the law. Not opinion. Just the facts. Every time.

Not sure why you’re back talking about them getting a warrant on prob cause for trump in response to me saying they need probable cause. It’s pretty comical .

Yeah but hunter bidens laptop had hilarys email server

Uh-oh........

So, when will the GOP have congressional inquiries about former Pres. Trump's laptop that had ACTUAL classified information on it and was NOT found a Mar-A-Lago?

With no probable cause……

What don't you understand. If you handle classified information your government computers and government offices are subject to search for compliance anytime. This is how it is for DOD employees and should be for everyone.

Telll me yourexperience in handling classified information because I can tell you how it is for normal DOD employees.

You’re only now specifying it’s only the capital complex you are talking about. And just doing a sweep of that seems like an excessive use of resources. If you’re talking about private offices of course that’s off limits.

Computer access of course should be secure like any size-able company with sensitive data.

And at the congressional level and above the people look to be doing a shit job of controlling confidential information. Look at all the stuff they have found. There needs to be a complete investigation and requirements that all people are handling them per the requirements. If they can't they need to lose their clearance.

yes, the last months have convinced me the american classified access protocols are absolutely banana republic level if you are close to the power circles. if you're a regular person, sure, they're tight. the closer you are to power though, the more lax they are. if you were to do a proper search for all past 5 presidents and all their VPs and aides and secretaries of whatever, you'd probably find THOUSANDS of serious irregularities

part of it is not the ease of leaving with the documents, which is the case also. But more so that too many things are classified that shouldn’t be. I have said that since early on in this thread

that is why trumps team wants the contents of the documents to be released because it will likely show it is all stuff he could have easily declassify and was rightful to take via the presidential records act, at the end of his presidency, for his lobrary, memoir, or whatever. It is his right as president.

biden, pence, and anyone not a president likely committed a felony tho, regardless of the contents of the document.

but really, I would like to compare the contents of the documents between trump and Biden. I really would.

If someone truly does have highly sensitive info that may show they were using that information as leverage for something, then let them be prosecuted.

surely we can all agree on this? Let the contents of these documents be known on both sides.

obviosuly not the actual sensitive info, but info the Publix as to the nature of the documents and let the public decide who was in the right, who was wrong, and who is actually corrupt liars
