part of it is not the ease of leaving with the documents, which is the case also. But more so that too many things are classified that shouldn’t be. I have said that since early on in this thread
that is why trumps team wants the contents of the documents to be released because it will likely show it is all stuff he could have easily declassify and was rightful to take via the presidential records act, at the end of his presidency, for his lobrary, memoir, or whatever. It is his right as president.
biden, pence, and anyone not a president likely committed a felony tho, regardless of the contents of the document.
but really, I would like to compare the contents of the documents between trump and Biden. I really would.
If someone truly does have highly sensitive info that may show they were using that information as leverage for something, then let them be prosecuted.
surely we can all agree on this? Let the contents of these documents be known on both sides.
obviosuly not the actual sensitive info, but info the Publix as to the nature of the documents and let the public decide who was in the right, who was wrong, and who is actually corrupt liars
You CANNOT take TS/SCI materials out of a SCIF.
"What happens in a SCIF is supposed to stay in the SCIF
Any classified information or documents discussed in a SCIF must remain in the SCIF, unless the information is being transported via a secure bag for storage in another SCIF."

And no, you don't get to take them to your home after you're no longer President because "memoirs."
