No. They were subpoenaed to return the missing documents. Trump lawyers responded that it was all returned so the feds got a warrant and went and recovered 12 boxes of additional documents.
More like obstruction than discussion
so the DOJ, who doesnt release affadavits regarding their criminal investigations on everybody else to the public, isn't going to release affadavits relating to their criminal investigations to the public.
Three fars huh.Tell me how Hillary's private lawyers (without Classified Clearances) were given Top Secret and SAP material for their review to decide if it should be returned or not is any different? Did you know it was their decision that prevailed not the DOJ or any other department, her private lawyers decided. We have a double standard in a massive way here. I think they should all be in trouble. But, we have some people that only want Trump or Hillary. If it's going to cut both ways, then fine. If not, they can fuck off with their weaponization of Federal agencies.
All that being said. That warrant was far far far too open ended and general to be legal under the 4th Amendment. When this hits a real judge, it all gets smashed.
Well I hope they hurry up and charge him it’s been 18 months since he left the White House
Go ahead and post the source for the "clearly written" rules you're talking about. You are lost and talking about the wrong thing. I suggest you look up what the search warrant is for and what he may be indicted on. Then look at the penalties for that. You didn't understand or read the post at all. Lmao
Well considering you and all the #blueAnons last week were trying to imply that Trump and his team and even the GOP in general were going to fight having the warrant and document list unsealed, they did the opposite.
Garland says they want to be transparent to cool tensions, but now fighting releasing the affidavits, despite Trump's team also wanting these released. It is the affidavits in previous cases that were bullshit. So if the DOJ and FBI want to ease tensions, they should comply.
But either way, Trump is the one trying to be transparent here, ease tensions, etc.
Also, for the skeptics who are waiting for details, etc, just look at the language of what the DOJ said about the affidavits.
If they had any bombshell, he would be in cuffs right now. Now that Trump called their bluff, they are trying to strategize how to drag this out as long as possible leading up to the mid-terms, etc. They know they are going to do some lame duck charge that the public won't care about and will eventually be defeated in a drawn out court process.
True.Depends on the country

Yeah, you call it right down the middle. No hack posting from you. Christ, you're an emotional wreck here a the prospect of trying to raid your opponents' homes not working. Don't worry, there will be another sham you can debase yourself trying to defend again, there always is.

If the Cheeto did something, I agree charge him, but man if they don't do the same for everyone else (which they haven't and won't), there's gonna be major strife. Not good!
youre really chudding hard today but alright, 18 months. he had all that time to return those top secret documents which he ignored requests and court ordered subpeonas to do so, and finally they had enough of his shit so they sent in law enforcement to come and taken it from him because after 18 months of ignoring them, he obviously had no intent on returning those documents to their rightful owners. maybe 19 months is the charm! he was just getting around to it. right after he releases his health care plan, tax returns, and evidence of election fraud. should be any month now. just not this month!
but hey, we all take our work home with us. i dont know about you, but i use boxes of top secret documents as a TV stand. and when they come asking me to give it back, i just tell them to kick rocks. i'm still using it right now and i aint gonna put my tv on the floor.
And thank you for the same angry bagel guy, 0 substance shitpost you make in every thread.Watching you spaz out and (somehow) be even more dumb than usual is a special privilege. Thanks.

Espionage act is total bullshitSomebody literally suggested that the military could start a civil war because they like Trump & there is no basis for telling a convicted criminal that violated the Espionage Act that they can't hold public office ever again..................
Trump fans are truly special. They have the most American flags. They have the most bumper stickers. They have the most gun combo American flag graphic t-shirts. They claim they love the constitution. Yet they can actually rationalize turning America into a third world military dictatorship because the law & government told some egomaniac NO. Unreal. The stupidity is earth shaking.
