The DOJ / FBI absolutely failed to follow the U.S. Constitution. As we now see the Warrant it was NOT specific. It was exactly what the U.S. Constitution does not allow and that's an Open Warrant. When this finally gets in front of a real judge, the Democrats and the DOJ/FBI are going to get nuked on this event. I can't believe they did it.

This is yet another weaponization and tyrannical use of Federal Power against those that oppose Democrats. Wait until we all see the Affidavit. I can tell, by their refusal to release it right away, that it's going to damn the Democrats, Judge, FBI/DOJ.

Nah I said multiple times if he’s guilty he deserves it but there are the trumpers that will never admit that. Also the other extreme of the spectrum that’s he so guilty and is going down and this can’t possibly be a political witch hunt. I was being intellectually honest when I explained to you that a warrant search or a raid would be part of an investigation, and it’s not at all unusual for the subject of the raid to not be charged yet.
