You’re not at all concerned with him keeping TS and TS/SCI information in a residence and not returning it?
He’s not an American he doesn’t give a shit
You’re not at all concerned with him keeping TS and TS/SCI information in a residence and not returning it?
You mean nobody wants to play your pointless game. Multiple news outlets are reporting that some of the documents are related to nuclear classified information.I just want to know what may possibly be on there and nobody can even theorize
That’s not the only question, since the Espionage Act doesn’t concern itself with classifications. The sitting President can declassify whatever he wants whenever he wants. The only question is the nuclear angle and is pure speculation at this point.
Wrong! As President, Trump can declassify whatever he wants and at will. This will be the crux of the matter. Did he declassify what was recovered and when? I can't wait to see how this one plays out.
Wrong!
No a president can not. Presidents can not declassify nuclear related info or certain intelligence.
Lol you dont think the FBI checked the appropriate channels for Trump declassified info before they requested this mega controversial warrant???? You dont think the judge did as well before they signed it????
Hahahahahaha
He can’t just declassify TS/SCI information.Largely bullshit a usual. Nuclear secrets can’t be but presidents can and do all the time. He is, however, a former president and that’s why I say it’s just lazy he didn’t do it before. Now jump up and down and scream
He can’t just declassify TS/SCI information.
I’m not at all jumping up and down. I’m saying all signs point to it being a big deal to just keep that type of information privately and intentionally choosing to not return it.
Don’t listen to me. Listen to people who have had access to that classification.
It was just this week that yet another appeal has been denied and information will be handed over to investigators. How many other investigations have been held up while he used executive privilege and had his cronies ignore subpoenas and plead the 5th?It's amazing to me that he has been hounded for the last 6 or 7 years by top law enforcement agencies, with nary a mouse fart of evidence to charge him with, yet somehow, all of these people still believe every narrative from the media and his political enemies, and still hold on to hope that this is the time he will go down...it's bizarre that anyone would still believe anything the people going after him says...
This is a fun game.
This is a bit of an exaggeration, to be fair. As the source quoted below says, "The unsealed search and seizure warrant shows that it was carried out, in part, under the Espionage Act, a set of statutes dating to 1917 that have been used aggressively to go after leakers, whistleblowers and the WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange. The code quoted in the warrant carries a maximum penalty of 10 years’ imprisonment."I think many of you do not appreciate how extreme this situation is - Hillarys emails is nothing compared to this.
When the justice department publicly announces they have reason to believe Trump violated the espionage act, that means they have evidence that is extremely bulletproof. The punishment for espionage could be death. This is worse then Nixon bugging the Democrats - 1000's times worse. And the worst thing that could have happened to Hillary, if she did everything the republicans claimed, was 1 year in jail. Trump could get the DEATH penalty for this.
I know many of you rightwingers like to do "whatabout"isms, but there is no real comparrison to this except maybe Benedict Arnold. There is no "what about" to do, as no other president has ever been charged for something like this.
There are no other matters like this.
I dont think I'm going to take any advice from a guy who just clearly made a ridiculously wrong blanket statement of a president having the authority to do things he clearly can not.So classified that Don Lemon knows this is a matter concerning documents related to nuclear secrets? You might get some tell from Donald's tweet regarding Obama and his possession of similar documents but beyond that is worthless speculation. How would any news media know they were looking for and recovered this type of material? If this is getting leaked, perhaps the problem isn't with the former president. If it isn't material covered by the atomic energy act(s) and was declassified while he was President, where do you think this is going? I think people should wait and see prior to frothing from the mouth.
Of course not, the guy's Canadian, it's all shits and giggles for himYou’re not at all concerned with him keeping TS and TS/SCI information in a residence and not returning it?
There is a process...The President can declassify (nearly) anything at any time without process. That's part of the executive's power. If people don't like it - change it. Did Biden reclassify the material, did Donald declassify it as president, and was any of the material covered under the atomic energy Act(s)? Those are the questions going forward.
Can a president declassify information?Yes, he most certainly can declassify TS/SCI information. Why do you think different? Who do you think the executive needs to go to and ask?
You mean nobody wants to play your pointless game. Multiple news outlets are reporting that some of the documents are related to nuclear classified information.
They are classified. You still don't understand that. Lmao. Google classified . That may help you understand why sherdoggers aren't going to be able to answer your questions.
He's Sherdog's oldest petulant child.Again, TS/SCI.
You’re just going to play dumb on this?

But still, that ain't nothin', as the kids used to say. And for Trump a ten year prison sentence would likely be equivalent to the death penalty, pretty much.
As President, Trump can declassify whatever he wants and at will.
LolThe sitting President can declassify whatever he wants whenever he wants.

Wrong wrong wrong again lmaoWho do you think the executive needs to go to and ask?
I kniw they say they are nuke docs but I dont what might be on them
Thats why they are classified lmao you aren't supposed to know. I give up. Wow.I kniw they say they are nuke docs but I dont what might be on them
Maybe if he writes it for a 5th time The Candyman will appear and kill all the liberals.Lol
Wrong wrong wrong again lmao
"there is a process for doing that, according to Ali. It includes communicating with the Cabinet or agency head from which the information originated to ensure that declassifying it poses no risk to national security."
