Law Trumps home raided

The President can declassify (nearly) anything at any time without process. That's part of the executive's power. If people don't like it - change it. Did Biden reclassify the material, did Donald declassify it as president, and was any of the material covered under the atomic energy Act(s)? Those are the questions going forward.

The caveat was in a separate post. You're acting like a goofball. You should probably stfu. When intelligent people use terms like "anything" or "whatever they want" there are no caveats. Especially in a separate post.

Get over it. You've displayed a fundamental misunderstanding of the President's broad scope in regards to declassifying material. Go read up as opposed to hounding on a word that was used and then amended to (nearly) before you and I engaged as I knew a weasel would use it as a backdoor to try and take a victory lap.

Did i miss something? Are Cross dressers not to be trusted as Americans? It seems thats what Trumptards are pushing as the narrative.

I find this strange considering there has been stories that some of our founding fathers were into that sort of thing. Not that there is anything wrong with it.....
Do they have a problem with people dressing in drag now? Donald and Rudy don't.

Trump ripped off middle class hard working construction workers. Its sad these same middle class people worship him just like you. You are a sad man.

I’m actually quite happy comparatively speaking.<Moves> <Moves><Moves>

Am i wrong? I thought Trumpers were claiming cross dressers can't be trusted with Nuclear documents? Maybe i read the wrong Memo?

So you think its ok to not pay hard working blue collar americans as long as you can get away with it legally?
You are like the ebay buyer that buys something, just to file a return because you found a error in the listing you can dispute to get your money back. Kudos to you for being a douchebag. Trump would be proud.

Regardless, if this is true, how can any American call himself a patriot and also support that shitwad:
"Instead, Vladeck said, Trump "took it upon himself to authorize officials from a foreign government to receive classified national security information that was itself derived from a different foreign government’s intelligence gathering. That’s just not the same thing as what Sen. Risch described, and the law on this topic is far murkier.""
My honest opinion is that patriotism and support for Trump are mutually exclusive. I think people can believe they’re patriotic and still support him, but they’re wrong about being patriotic.

Now here is the problem that you dolts have….every pancake has 2 sides….you know nothing of the details of Trumps business dealings, just media spun bullshit….

He said he stiffs contractors during one of the presidential debates. It's not some fucking secret

The contractors themselves have spoken out:

Jenkins was just 19 when Triad Building Specialties, started by his father in the mid-1970s, got the $300,000 contract to provide guardrails, doors, stalls and paper dispensers for the nearly 300 public bathrooms at the Trump Taj Mahal casino overlooking the Atlantic City beachfront...And what he did not tell the scores of contractors who worked on the overly lavish casino was that he could not pay their bills...Triad Building Specialties ended up taking out a $40,000 loan just to pay its suppliers. And then the firm needed another decade just to pay off the loan. In the end, Triad received only 40 cents on the dollar from Trump for its work on the Taj, said Jenkins, now 49 and the firm’s co-owner.

You're going to get owned here genecope. Brace yourself.....
The one things that benefits him is that there's so much material to work with where does one even start?

Trump literally created a fake school specifically designed to rob people of their savings and was fined $25 million for it. He used charity money to buy paintings of himself. This isn't "media spin", unless our courtrooms are "fake news" now too.

And what was Trumps side of the story? Taking on a large job like that, the contractor assumes significant risks..not least of which are deadlines, if those deadlines are net met, significant charges begin to compound…so understand the contractors side, what’s Trumps memory of the contract?

There is a verified Profesional Fighter account on here that has had direct buisness dealings with Trump. He was a regular poster and backed up his claims and career with pics and documentation. Trump handed him checks directly for fights at times. Trump stiffed him for a fight for no reason...
Lol media... thats not the media. Dolts are the ones who blaim the media for everything.

This is why i have said since the start of this thread that Trump probably wont do any time for any of his shady/illegal alleged activitys. But i am certain he will not be allowed to run for office ever again, and that is enough of a win for me.

Up for the challenge, but I am getting sleepy waiting for the press conference..
Save your energy. Your Hero might have to endure months, maybe even years of slander till they finally formally charge him of his illegal activitys.

you are correct…about the energy stuff

Good link

The legal ideas regarding the atomic energy act and the declassification of restricted data are interesting. The language used for declassification of RD is "without undue risk" whereas formerly restricted data is "without unreasonable risk". What's the difference? Furthermore, if Trump had documents regarding allies' or adversaries' nuclear capacity, would any of this apply? At this point, I think it's a small leap to assume Trump had these types of documents. You'd think there would be zero delays in dropping the hammer if he did, let alone waiting months while negotiating their surrender + days after the warrant was issued.

The only minor tell is Trump saying this:

"President Barack Hussein Obama kept 33 million pages of documents, much of them classified. How many of them pertained to nuclear? Word is, lots!”
