The President can declassify (nearly) anything at any time without process. That's part of the executive's power. If people don't like it - change it. Did Biden reclassify the material, did Donald declassify it as president, and was any of the material covered under the atomic energy Act(s)? Those are the questions going forward.
The caveat was in a separate post. You're acting like a goofball. You should probably stfu. When intelligent people use terms like "anything" or "whatever they want" there are no caveats. Especially in a separate post.
Get over it. You've displayed a fundamental misunderstanding of the President's broad scope in regards to declassifying material. Go read up as opposed to hounding on a word that was used and then amended to (nearly) before you and I engaged as I knew a weasel would use it as a backdoor to try and take a victory lap.
