Joe Rogan makes an error in confusing the hyoid bone with a neck vertebra (hyoid bone is in the front and unattached to vertebrae in the back). From Patel's response, it looks like Patel has never heard of the hyoid bone, which means that he has concluded suicide without considering the relevant information.

It is another coincidence to add to Epstein's death like the cameras not working, not having a cellmate at the time, and the cell full of sheets.
It is not the only line of evidence from the autopsy either. Hemorrhage in the soft tissue of the neck would also point to homicidal strangulation, as would a horizontal straight line (as opposed to a U-shaped) neck furrow.
It is clear from the Joe Rogan interview that Kash Patel does not know the first thing about the autopsy investigation of homicidal versus suicidal asphyxiation and is unqualified to be stating his opinion on the matter.
Joe Rogan has exceeded CNN, NBC, and Fox News in asking pertinent questions on the matter.
But he still carries water for this administration and at the end of the podcast glazed Kash it was hard to watch.
