Virtually all the news channels tonight played ONLY select portions of the texts. They left out all of the 100% affirmations that President Trump would not tolerate quid pro quo. Did they dive into if the Bidens are corrupt at all? NOPE! Did they share the new video of the Ukrainians admitting they helped Hillary Clinton? NOPE! It was an amazing campaign of disinformation. I hear the results of it repeated here on a regular basis. They actually believe CNN. They think reporting on Trump at a 90% negative rate is reality. It's a dark day for America.

Donald Trump should not have been on the phone with a foreign head of state encouraging another country to investigate his political opponent Joe Biden. Some Republicans are trying, but there's no way to spin this as a good idea. Like a lot of things Trump does, it was pretty over-the-top. Our leaders' official actions should not be about politics. Those two things need to remain separate. Once those in control of our government use it to advance their political goals, we become just another of the world's many corrupt countries. Uh dude. The investigation opened into Hillary is largely considered to have cost her key support in what was a super close race. Exactly why Trump wants to make sure Biden has an open investigation going.
