International Trump/Putin Summit

Reminds of the Family Guy where Chris becomes popular.

"Let's go make those gay nerds spoon with us. Won't that be gay of them!"
I read something about Mike Cernovich along the lines of "Mike Cernovich the kind of guy who pees himself in public and then says he totally trolled everyone watching."

Behind trumps narcissism is a weak insecure little boy.

It's not about that. It's about the democratic process becoming ever-more transparent, because of the free flow of information on the internet. You can't protect "trade secrets" as a politician like you once did. Any transactions you had, with members of the media or foreign countries, are eventually going to be found out.

Once your stuff is out there, it can be accessed. And in all likelihood, it will be. Especially if your protection sucks, as it did in the case of Democrats.

Clinging onto the idea that we can have elections with the politicians' private information being completely protected, is useless. You're going to be an open book, whether you like it or not. The politicians are going to have to adapt to that, and the people will have to, as well. It's not as if Trump didn't have a bunch of stuff being leaked out, over the course of the election, some far more harmful than the DNC leaks.

We can't pretend to get outraged over minor stuff anymore because everyone, from now on, is going to have all of their "dirt" out there. The problem is not that the information is becoming available, but how childishly people react to the information, as if they've uncovered a grand conspiracy.

That politics is a dirty game, shouldn't come off as a surprise to anyone, at this point.

You were justifying Russian corruption of American democracy, because "Americans do it all the time to other people!" I'm not putting words in your mouth. You stated that and therefore it was a "pot calling the kettle black."

Defense is one part of the equation. Offense is the other. Don't make it seem as if Russians are stupid, incompetent actors. They knew exactly what they were doing when they did that and evidence has been coming out for years now of them manipulation the American public. They were sending Americans a message and that message was received by some, albeit not all, of Americans. This is not "minor" stuff. Sovereignty is a big fucking deal.

The information, the time it is presented, by who it is presented by, and the why it was presented matters. Every single one of the variables I listed should've been assessed by the American people in order to objectively evaluate the data and choose a President according to the facts. You are obfuscating the dilemma at hand by playing the bullshit "such is politics" card.

I remember that.
i trolled him for a while, calling him tailpipe boy every time he posted, he lasted a week or two
have you read this guys first post in the thread? absolute batshit crazy, then he has the cheek to talk about wit, and intelligent substantive posting <Dany07>

imma call this one crystaline nonentity

Again, it's wrong when we interfere in elections too.

This opens up much larger conversation about what America's role in the world ought to be, the concept of American exceptionalism. Interfering in other countries affairs, spreading democracy and all that.

It could be useful moment to figure out and clarify where everyone stands on these complicated issues.

So the two options are punch him on the spot or publically side with him over the American intelligence community.

There's nothing between those two options?

So Trump watched Putin fuck his girl (America) and thanked him for doing so. Doesn't that make him a cuckold?

Your very small minded, our intelligence agency have shown themselves to be wrong or impotent many times in history and do not have the best interest of the people in place at all times. They have shown themselves to be bias and ineffective.

The reporter that asked that question was attempting to stir shit on a global stage like an average sherdogger. It would have been retarded for the President to answer that question and state Putin was dishonest in front of the world. That conversation can be had behind closed doors which it was. That conference was the dog and pony show.

I know this is a partisan thing for you but its not even worth getting into how the previous President sold our nation out.

The Benedict Trumpers are becoming unhinged in this thread.

I am neither defending nor condemning either. I am pointing out the gross hypocrisy on display here.
The reality is, this is nothing new, and it's not exclusive to any one country.

And it does not seem true to you guys that this reality is a problem when the president of one nation is obfuscating for the attack on his country in a favorable manner to the country that instigated the attack.
