International Trump/Putin Summit

I'm 48.
This is well traveled cynicism, not mindless. What you call cynical, I call pragmatic.
Politicians disappoint, politicians promise a lot and deliver minimally/ at least I tried.

Most politicians make sincere efforts to fulfill all their promises, and most promises are, in fact, kept. But the system is designed to frustrate to some extent, partly on the belief that big changes are risky and we should move slowly and partly because people don't agree in the direction we should go.

I'm not interested in your facts, I'm happy with my delusions.

... the Sherdog WR story

That's awesome.

Trump could say "We're all infants. You and me and everybody, we're in diapers today, and it's July 18th, 2018. We are literally infant human babies today."

Then, his supporters would call it a brilliant point and argue that every single person was once an infant, and life has been one continuous moment, so Trump is not just not wrong, he's profoundly correct.
The funniest part was watching Trump yesterday read that "would vs. wouldn't" walkback. He had the demeanor of a kid that was forced to apologize for something, or a kid that is forced by their parents to thank someone for a non-toy gift they get for their birthday.

@Factory

Gregolian is a right wing poster who is pretty fucking clutch on these boards because he's a right winger who will actually discuss ideas instead of posting bullshit so stupid that your eyes bleed (like @Factory ).

Additionally, Gregolian it's a cool guy with a lot of interesting insights on the legal system.

He's a fucking A sherdogger

he looked like a hostage lol. the dumb manchild still couldn’t help himself from straying away from the talking points & ad libbing, “it could have also been other people; there are a lot of other people out there”

definitely got a bit of a spanking by his advisors once the cameras were off.

Idiot, so much fucking up in just one meeting

I agree with this, I don't always agree with Gregolian but he has pretty much every time put forth an argument that keeps you on your toes. I appreciate people like him that have different views without the rigid dogmatic position more than I do people that I have similar views with the rigidity. Hell there are people on here that I pretty much agree with just about everything they do but they come across as such self righteous douches I can't stand them.

Also Gregolian has some good funny moments, and that counts for a lot in my book.
So cheers to @Gregolian <{ohyeah}>

I like Blue Chair Bay Rum and Buffalo Trace/Four Roses/Bulleit/Bookers for my bourbon.

Preference?

He's tagging me all over the place because of 1 reply which I think was about 1 sentence long, and possibly the first time I've ever acknowledged his existence, at least that I can recall.

Very sensitive.

I've had him on ignore for months, and I'm pretty sure he's still tagging me in weepy paragraph-long challenges to fight IRL on a weekly basis.

You have good taste for Bourbon. When it comes to value, you just can't beat Buffalo Trace imo. At $25 a fifth, it's an absurdly good bourbon.

Probably the best for that price.

I like BSB too but it does got a bit of a sweet kick to it that you can't have all the time.

Nothing fancy, usually Crown Royal or Stoli for liquor, but mostly a beer drinker. Red ales were alway my preference.

Not much of a drinker anymore, from my drinking days while playing rugby my nickname became "the anti-christ" because of all the obnoxious shit I do when drunk (breaking shit, start pissing on people and their possessions, banging fat ugly women in public settings, eating people's fish from their aquarium, etc.....). While entertaining and somewhat charming, it wasn't exactly endearing.

I'm a bigger guy and am scared of what I COULD do if I were a violent drunk so I usually have 2-3 and then stop.
