You know what else is terrible is setting tariffs on allies while trying to go after China.
The smart thing would have been shoring up your allies then going balls to the wall with China.

Manchin has been in the news lately and he was the most moderate of Democrats; his constituents weren't on board with all the Dem bills, so neither was he.
