Now there ofc common mainstream dream is that U.S still does have enough financial tools to pressure other countries. It isn't reality.

The same Canada except electricity other stuff easily might sell for Japan, China, South Korea, Europe etc..
Ofc U.S does have stronger military and are cocky, guys, one thing is to be tough redneck and another thing is. Mobilization.
In order to control Canada territory sufficiently U.S dreamers will need to ...do nasty stuff called Mobilization.
Area is too large to be possible to implement serious control without Mobilization in U.S.

Mike also didn't had expressed opinions against " my MAGA taxpayer's money " when POTUS ordered to relocate THAAD battery to Israel and 2 aircraft carriers with associated navy groups.....

Trump can't be the problem because he hasn't been if office the last 4 years. The problem is the entire Biden Admin. and the far-left progressives. They have usurped the great competent centrist Dems who actually care about the welfare of the people, not pushing an agenda. In the last 4 years we have seen centrists stifled by moron progressives with big mouths and little brains. Trump is already helping mitigate the immigration problem, and already forcing Hamas to release hostages. The Dems are out of touch and have supported the worst of themselves.....those days are coming to an end. The writing is on the wall. Newsome is on notice, his policies are the epitome of the jackass left. Trump exists because of people like him.

Average european taxpayer does knows that american weepons are overpriced and maybe better is to negotiate with China etc....still something like tradition to purchase overpriced export stuff delivered slowly ....cos taxpayers money should get spent for their comrades...for overpriced stuff....heavily overpriced stuff and to hear MAGA propaganda.

BTW military budgets % from GDP in europe usually are calculated with different methodics....for example usually military pensions aren't included in military budgets AFAIK....etc a lot of stuff..

Ummmm, no there wouldn't.

Don't remember 2020? After Dementia Joe beat Trump by 7 million votes, the Republicans were left scrambling looking for someone to pick up the slack. All the crazies lined up and tried to out-crazy the other: De Santis, Cotton, Hawley, they all tried to be more outrageous than the next guy. But none came even close to pulling it off. Trump absolutely crushed everyone in the 2024 primary.

Of course Trump didn't invent conservatism. These regressives have been trying to get us back to the Middle Ages with their backwardness for centuries, but they don't all mobilize equally under any leader.

This is why I think the GOP is screwed in 2028. Dubya-style, Evangelical conservatism is dead, Romney-style business conservatism is dead, and Trump-style caveman conservatism will be dead too. The base will be there but I don't see anyone galvanizing them enough to win.
 
Trump isn't a Conservative or a Christian Nationalist....He is a populist.

Democrats shit the bed with riding with Biden for so long....He shoulda been out after year 1.

I don't think you realize just how screwed the Democrats are. Things will have to get down right dire for people to forget about open borders, defunding the police, out of control inflation, and labeling parents as domestic terrorists. You boys done fucked up real bad. The gap is just going to get wider and wider, until the Dems cut the cancer out of their party that is the radical left.

Right wing, nationalist populism is on the up-and-up while left wing, progressive, internationalism is imploding all over the western world.

Woke lefties are the dinosaurs, read the room.
