Letitia James in convincing the Judge that Mar-a-Lago was only worth $18,000,000 (in order to make my “numbers” look bad), when it is worth 50 to 100 times that amount. She campaigned on “getting Trump.” She should be prosecuted!

Judge Engoron just did whatever the Corrupt Attorney General told him to do, a puppet, including using Valuations so LOW that they are Fraudulent. HE & LETITIA JAMES COMMITTED THE FRAUD, I DIDN’T. He Valued Mar-a-Lago at $18,000,000 in order to make me look guilty of Fraud, when it is worth 50 to 100 times that amount. Now he’s trying to say that he didn’t really say that, but he put it down in writing in his Opinion. Judicial and Prosecutorial Misconduct!

By falsely inflating his net worth, he drastically reduced the interest payments he had to make, saving him hundreds of millions, which by extension, cost the banks hundreds of millions. Banks also only have so much money to lend. Trump fraudulently taking billions in loans prevented more honest business from receiving loans.

Trump's history with Deutsche Bank is really very, very interesting. He did fail to pay them back at times, despite what he says. He took out a $640 million loan from them, and defaulted on it; in addition, Trump had the fucking balls to sue them when he couldn't pay it back! One day before the loan matured, Trump sued them for $3 billion, claiming they caused the Great Recession of 2008-2009, and that's why he couldn't pay them back.

D Bank's commercial unit wouldn't lend him anymore money, wanted nothing to do with him, but Trump somehow managed to get a member of D Bank's private wealth unit to lend him money...so that Trump could repay D Bank's commercial unit. Seems shady, huh? This is around the time D Bank had to pay $600 million in fines, because some of their bankers were caught in a Russian money laundering operation. D Bank also received a $150 million fine for their shady connections with Epstein. This seems like material our conspiracy theorists should be all over, much like Kushner receiving $2 billion from Saudi Arabia, but it seems they're more interested in making up stories about Paul Pelosi buying gay prostitutes etc.

Uh, this case is brought by the State because the State was also defrauded. When you inflate or deflate property values for tax reasons, then use those phony values to make deals that need to be licensed by the State, the DA has every right to sue you over it.

First of all, If they make a fortune off of Trump, why do they all refuse to work with him? Derp? Even D Bank eventually cut him off. Most recently he's been reduced to taking an $8 million loan from an online-only bank tied to the porn industry and part owned by a Russian oligarch.

Second of all, they do sue him. You are incorrect, Whimpy. I just mentioned the $640 million loan from D Bank, that he couldn't pay back, and then sued D Bank over it. They also sued him over this.

Trump usually operated with banks the same way he operated with contractors, vendors and lawyers; that is, he threatens to pay them nothing, and they have to settle for a fraction of what they're owed. Most normal people care about their credit and business reputation, but Trump doesn't. I guess because, to quote Eric Trump, "We don’t rely on American banks. We have all the funding we need out of Russia."

This happened to Merrill Lynch with the Trump Taj Mahal, for example. They helped Trump sell $675 million in bonds for the casino. Casino opens up 2 years later and Trump defaulted within months. He threatened to tie Merrill up for years in bankruptcy-court litigation (what's it to Trump, he'll just stiff the lawyers that work for him too!), and Merrill eventually just accepted deep losses on the bonds.
