Seven Springs Estate

• Royal Bank of Pennsylvania appraised value at $25 million in 2000.
• In 2006 the same bank raised this to $30 million.
• In 2014 Cushman and Wakefield appraised it at $30 million.
• Despite receiving market values from 3 professional appraisers in 2000, 2006, and 2014, valuing the property at or below $30 million, Trump's 2011 SFC reported the value to be $261 million. In 2012-2014 Trump reported it to be $291 million.

It's fraud. Nobody is going to rule any different, except maybe Judge Jeanine on Fox News.

No, but they do carry greater authority. Engoron has done an exemplary job IMO, and either party can file interlocutory appeals of any decisions at any point during this civil trial in NY, they just haven't had anything to appeal about apart from the summary judgement on the first count, which I can't imagine getting overturned.

The dissolution of his business is stayed pending the results of that appeal, but from my admittedly biased POV, he's fucked on that first count.

In terms of procedure and process, there has been nothing to appeal.
Whine on TV to appeal to the rubes, definitely, but in terms of the law, Kise and Habba haven't got anything, and, honestly they are both fortunate that Engoron has allowed them both to continue representing Trump, given their laughable performative work. Neither one has passed the NY bar, and they are there at the will of the Judge. Engoron could have pulled both their tickets long ago.
