But in most citation cases, the officer doesn't show up to court anyways and the ticket is dismissed lolSo if you get caught speeding, and you factually point out to the officer that stopped you that the car in front of you was going 10 mph faster than you were, but didn't get stopped. Do you think that's a valid excuse for your speeding, and do you think the officer would agree with you?
