they've lost their case, they have no legit or competent defense to make which will sway the jury's decisions on damages in orange cosby's favor, orange cosby's own lawyer just started the trial by telling the judge that she is incompetent and that she doesnt even know how to handle this case, so now it appears as if all other means of defense are off and they are now trying to go the darrell brooks route and try to act out and put on a disruption and play stupid games in court in order to try to coax the judge into making some kind of unruly and biased decision so that they can try to get a mistrial out of it and have the judge thrown out. they have absolutely nothing, and they are desperate.
