Denver, CO — The States United Democracy Center released the following statement in response to the Colorado Supreme Court’s Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel (OARC) filing four disciplinary charges against Trump attorney Jenna Ellis today. The charges follow her felony guilty plea in the Fulton County, Georgia election interference case, as well as a letter from States United and Lawyers Defending American Democracy to the OARC calling for Ellis’s disbarment. The letter was signed by more than a dozen bipartisan legal experts.

also pertaining to the georgia rico case, after having her attorneys drop her like a sack of potatoes a couple weeks ago, Trevian Kutti still doesnt have a new lawyer, but the judge just told her that he won't delay the case for her to retain other representation, even if they join the case a day or a week before trial.

Attorney Steven Greenberg says he's willing to help her go over discovery, but can't help her as a friend through a 4 month trial. He still wants to withdraw.
