In their appeal against the Colorado lawsuit, Trump's lawyers reiterated that the wording of Section Three does not apply to people running for president and that Trump technically did not swear an oath to "support" the Constitution. Instead, during his January 2017 inauguration, Trump swore to "preserve, protect and defend" the Constitution during his role as president.

"The framers excluded the office of President from Section Three purposefully," Trump's legal team wrote. "Section Three does not apply, because the presidency is not an office 'under the United States,' the president is not an 'officer of the United States,' and President Trump did not take an oath 'to support the Constitution of the United States.'"

If you're talking about Beau of the 5th column (Justin King).... that man is a patriot and alleged veteran. He's also more of an Anarchist, and he's too dependent upon the truth to be called a Republican/Conservative tbh.

Regardless of what you think of him, he is insightful and intelligent, and the opinions he posts on Youtube are always well thought out. He also tends to question the party lines (both sides).

Even if he wins he can only sit for one term. Either go with what you have already or encourage someone you trust for 8 years.

This one is just for his new york case. More than likely it seems to be going in the direction of them not being able to do business in new york.

Most powerful money group in the Republican party head by Charles Koch cannot stand Trump. They are using their massive network of anti-trump groups to push for Nicky Haley. I actually like Nicky Haley an she has honest take on the situation an Charles is obviously tired of the Trump show.

i think dem's are tired of biden and trump will win if joe runs again but they're dying to vote for anyone else other than biden so trump will lose if they run anyone else.

Apart from the fraud trial, I see them all getting appealed up to the Supreme court.... or until tiny-D runs out of money.... but lets face it he'll just fleece y'all for more.

Seriously, who fucking knows. If Trump were any other defendant he'd be in jail quite some time ago after attacking judges etc.

I think he's guilty of everything they've charged him with thus far, but guilty people get off all the time, and even if he is convicted it'd be silly to assume he'll actually face the consequences that he should actually face.

In Georgia they just announced deals for anybody EXCEPT Trump, Gulliani and Mark Meadows...even with the leaked proffer videos.... Trump is fucked, and it's just going to get worse as more co-defendants flip. They are rumored to be in talks with the next group of flippers right now...and the deals already handed out have been exceptionally kind IMO. Deadline isn't until June 2024.

In addition, they have announced that they intend to push for max punishments for those that do not flip...but of course this may just be positioning to get folks onboard.

Trump is facing 13 felony counts in Fulton County and a Maximum of 75+ years in Ga prison. They won't get that, I don't suspect, but even a third of it would be a life sentence for the Orange Offender.
Just think of the tourist dollars that'll bring in to Georgia.
