they won't just be giving him a fine and sending him on his way. this is a very serious charge.

(b) A person convicted of the offense of forgery in the first degree shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than ten years.



i havent even looked at all the rest of the charges against him. these are just the top and bottom ones he's been indicted for, and they all carry mandatory minimum sentences.
Yup, I saw that. I think she put the possibility of probation to rest. Not sure if house arrest is on the table, I don’t know how that works. If he’s convicted I hope he goes to prison like everyone else, to be clear.

The fuck you on about, election isn't til nov 2024. There are already 2 trials scheduled prior to it, one in Jan, one in March. Georgia one will probably be sooner.
