Law Trump Georgia indictment watch

It has now been 0 days and a couple hours since the last time that Zesto Molesto has gotten indicted for a crime. The orange rapist has now been indicted on serious felonies 4 times. The orange sexual predator has now been indicted on 91 criminal charges. Molestini Cheetolini has now been indicted on 91 more charges than Obama and Brandon have ever been indicted on, combined. No former president knows getting indicted like Donald Trump. Not even Obama!

Holy shit! That's terrible.
Yes, indeed. A particularly fun one to me is solicitation of violation of oath of a public officer--multiple counts. I don't know the penalty but it sounds pretty serious to me.

2022 Georgia Code
Title 16 - Crimes and Offenses
Chapter 10 - Offenses Against Public Administration
Article 1 - Abuse of Governmental Office
§ 16-10-1. Violation of Oath by Public Officer
Universal Citation: GA Code § 16-10-1 (2022)
Any public officer who willfully and intentionally violates the terms of his oath as prescribed by law shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years.

Yeah his mug shot is going to be everywhere. Trumps going to be looked at as a martyr, hes doing this for you! 8 years of the media caused him to do these things!

jenna always seemed reasonable. either she's a snake or these charges are done by dirty snakes themselves. gee, i wonder which...

He'll just pardon himself and the others when he becomes president again <Fedor23>

oh you sweet summer child. the law is not subject to your precious little fee-fee's.

a president cannot pardon himself from state charges. only federal charges. sorry pal. you're just going to have to cope a little harder. and under georgia law, the governor is not able to issue pardons for state crimes. only the georgia state board of pardons & parole has that authority to do so. and they are only allowed to issue one 5 years after the person has already completed their sentence. get fucked.

as far as the twice-impeached, quardruple-indicted, election-losing rapist ever becoming president again....

<Grimes01>

damn. just under the rico racketeering shit, he's facing 5 years mandatory minimum sentence for that charge alone, 20 years max

1 year minimum for a few other charges too

no way to get a pardon until 5 years after he serves his sentence either.

jack smith should just take a back seat. this trial is only expected to take a couple weeks. they can put him away and there aint fuck all he can do about it, even if he wins the election!
The sentence doesn’t have to include confinement in jail, I don’t think. Could be house arrest or probation or whatever.

I don’t think trump deserves to rot in prison.

He’s just a dumb ass. The dumbest person really.

he should just take plea deals and bow out
You don't? You don't think a person can be evil and dumb both? Fuck that piece of shit. I hope he goes in and never comes out.

Just in, there are at least 30 unindicted co-conspirators. You think he didn't know what he was doing? C'mon.
